If you were old enough to not be living at home I might worry - *most* cancers occur in people over 30....especially skin cancers, which are usually due to a life time of DNA mutations due to sun exposure...A freckle is flat on your skin and a mole raises above the skin and you can kinda move it around in a way (not to sound gross if it were lol).
If its gotten darker than it should be then you have a problem. Or if it was a freckle and turned into a mole.
I was afraid about one of my freckles that turned a bit into a mole, but I picked at it and for some reason the darker spots came off and i don't know anything about it so I'm kinda worried at the moment. I haven't gotten to seek medical help yet though.
Plus if your worried about moles you can have them removed, especially because they can turn into cancer.
